No, you do not need a referral to attend our practice. However, some doctors may refer you to us for specific treatment. If you have a chronic condition and receive a GP referral to see a podiatrist, chiropractor or dietitian, you may be eligible for Medicare funding to assist with treatment costs under a Team Care Arrangement (TCA) referral or a GP management plan.

Yes, you can. If you’re managing a chronic medical condition and your GP refers you to our podiatrist, chiropractor or dietitian, Medicare may cover some of your treatment costs through a GP management plan or TCA referral. Your GP will assess your eligibility and discuss how these plans can best support your health journey.

Yes, all our allied practitioners are highly educated. Our podiatrists undergo a minimum of 4 years of university education, chiropractors complete a 5 or 6 years of university training (depending on the university), and dietitians complete a 4 year degree at accredited universities. Our remedial massage therapists hold diplomas from reputable colleges.

Additionally, our team engages in ongoing education to ensure they maintain current knowledge and skills in their respective fields.

We accept major health insurance plans for many of our treatments, although coverage can vary. To confirm coverage, we recommend checking with your provider in advance. For added convenience, we offer electronic claiming through Hicaps. If you’re insured, please remember to bring your health insurance card with you.
